Ingredients

  • 8 oz Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Can (103/4 oz) Chedder Cheese Soup
  • 1 3/4 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, Unflavored
  • 2 1/4 Cups Chedder Cheese, Shredded

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions for the shortest stated time. Drain.
  2. Mix soup, milk, mustard and BiPro in a medium saucepan. Add 2 cups shredded cheese and heat on low just until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked macaroni. Place in greased 2 quart baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir, top with remaining ¼ cup shredded cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
