  • 1 – 8 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1½ tsp Cinnamon*
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg*
  • ¼ tsp Ginger*
  • ¼ tsp Cloves*
  • ¼ tsp Allspice*
  • 1 cup Light Whipped Topping
  • *Replace individual spices with 2½ tsp pumpkin pie spice if desired


  1. Beat cream cheese, BiPro, sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin, sour cream and spices. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Refrigerate till serving. Serve with tart apple slices, graham cracker sticks, ginger snaps or vanillla wafers.
  4. For a decorative touch, serve in a small hollowed out pumpkin or pumpkin shaped ceramic dish.
