Ingredients

  • 1 – 15 oz. can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained, reserve 2 Tbsp liquid
  • 2 Tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, Unflavored
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor. Puree until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until serving.
  3. Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables.
