  • ½ cup Guava, fresh, ripe
  • ½ cup Banana
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • ½ cup Yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • ¼ cup BiPro Whey Protein, natural Unflavored

Directions

Guava can be found in Southeast Asia, the coast of Africa and Latin regions. Guava contains high amounts of vitamin C (more than an orange), vitamin A, and potassium. Guava is also rich in fiber.

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
