Panna Cotta

  • 1½ cups heavy cream, divided
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, non-fat
  • ½ packet gelatin, unflavored
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein
  • ⅓ cup sugar



  1. Dissolve gelatin in water.
  2. Mix ¾ cup of heavy cream, Greek yogurt, BiPro Whey Protein and vanilla extract.
  3. Heat the remaining ¾ cup of cream and sugar in a small saucepan until simmering and take off heat.
  4. Add the gelatin to the hot cream and stir.
  5. Pour hot mixture to the cold mixture and stir.
  6. Pour the mixture into 6 ramekins and refrigerated until cold.
