  • 1½ cups BiPro, French Vanilla, whey protein isolate
  • 1 cup Dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 cup Almonds, sliced
  • ½ cup Ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Almond butter
  • 1 Cup honey


  1. Mix together BiPro French Vanilla, apricots, almonds, flaxseed, chia seeds and cinnamon in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine almond butter and honey on low speed until smooth.
  3. Add protein mixture and mix until well combined (will be consistency of cookie dough).
  4. Form into 20 balls.
  5. Balls can be left plain, dusted with cocoa powder, or rolled in coconut or chopped nuts, depending on preference.
  6. Store covered in the refrigerator.

Note: Apricots and almonds can be replaced with other dried fruit and nuts if desired. The almond butter can also be replaced with other nut butters. This may change the nutrition profile.
