Gluten-Free Cookies Chocolate Chip

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • ⅓ cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein, natural Unflavored
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Guar Gum
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Cream together sugars and butter.
  2. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Add rice flour, almond flour, BiPro Whey Protein, salt, guar gum and baking soda.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
