Shipping Policy
• BiProUSA orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS), Ground/Standard delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
• Orders sent to PO Boxes or to APO addresses are shipped by priority delivery through the US Postal System if UPS service is not available.
• Orders sent standard delivery should be received within 7-10 business days
from the order date unless otherwise specified.
• At this time orders may only be accepted from addresses within the United
States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping destinations will be
added shortly.
Return Policy
BiProUSA does not accept product returns for credit.
If you receive product that appears to have been damaged by shipping please do not open the package and contact Customer Service as soon as possible for further instructions.
