Ingredients

Avocado was introduced to Indonesia in the 17th century. Many of us love the delicious flavor and creamy texture of avocado, but are afraid of consuming it because of its fat content. Avocado might be high in fat but is rich in the healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Avocado also contains nearly 20 essential nutrients including fiber, potassium, vitamin E, B vitamins and folic acid.

½ Avocado, ripe, medium
1 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ cup Skim Milk
1 cup Ice Cubes
¼ cup BiPro Whey Protein, natural unflavored

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.

*Sweetened Condensed Milk can be replaced with 1 Tbsp Honey or Sugar or 1-2 pkts artificial sweetener, if desired. This may alter the nutrition facts.
